When I started Springwood Commercial Realty, I wanted to start an entrepreneurial commercial real estate brokerage firm that would truly represent our clients’ interests, work hard, prospect the old fashioned way. It is our history . Nobody seems to do that anymore.

Springwood Real Estate Services, our sister company, has for years been the leader in the development of York County affordable rental housing. Now we are leading the way in commercial brokerage also.

HISTORY OF SPRINGWOOD COMMERCIAL REALTY:
Springwood Real Estate Services has been providing first-rate acquisition, commercial leasing, property management and brokerage services for its portfolio clients for more than ten years. It was more recently that Springwood separated these commercial functions into a separate entity, Springwood Commercial Realty. 

The new subsidiary broke onto the commercial brokerage scene in January, 2004. Since then we have helped national users like Cedar Shopping Centers, Cold Stone Creamery, Rite Aid, Dunkin’ Donuts, Quizno’s and Cartridge World. We work with the local market, too. With the launch of Springwood Commercial Realty, we can now offer these brokerage services to you. Springwood: an experienced team with a new mission; to do for others as we have done for ourselves for years.

COMMUNITY SERVICE AND PHILANTHROPY:
Springwood Commercial Realty participates and encourages participation in local social, academic, service and religious groups with philanthropic goals. Current Springwood team participation includes the largest Rotary Club in Pennsylvania, board membership with Logos Academy classical Christian school with a diverse student body, coaching local sports teams, the Penn Mar Organization for MR and low income clients, the founding of a new local Presbyterian PCA church, and chairmanship of the York County Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Our related David H. Hogg Family Foundation has contributed significant sums to such local charities as New Life Presbyterian Church in York, Logos Academy, Tabor Community Services, York Little League, the Rotary Club of York Charitable Endowment Fund, Housing Initiatives of York, York’s Boy Scout Troop 17, Young Life of York County, and the Bell Family Shelter for homeless families.
